What is your exchange policy?
All garments in your order are eligible for exchange, provided they are untried, unworn, and unwashed. The price tags and all original packaging must remain intact.
What is your return policy?
Your first-ever Evoé product is covered under our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
Note: For any order, if you apply for an exchange more than once, an INR 75 shipping fee will be charged.
What is the Evoé 100% Satisfaction Guarantee?
We’ll provide a replacement or refund within 7 days for one product from your first order, as long as it is unused and unwashed.
Please note that this Guarantee only applies to your first item ever purchased. All other garments are eligible for a size or print exchange, subject to stock availability. This policy is only valid for first-time customers. For returning customers, only exchanges are accepted for unused, unwashed items, or damaged products.
This Guarantee applies exclusively to lingerie.
Returns on sale items are not accepted.
What if I receive a damaged product?
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us immediately at evoeindia@gmail.com with pictures of the item. We will replace it based on stock availability.
Make sure the product is untried, unworn, and unwashed. Notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
What if I receive an incorrect product?
If you receive an item not part of your order, notify us at evoeindia@gmail.com with pictures, and we will replace it promptly.

Multiple items in your first order?
If you’ve ordered a pack or multiple items in your first order, you can try just one and keep it under our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. For size exchanges, we will take back the remaining items (if they are unused, unworn, and unwashed) and send a new set.
Return or Replacement will be void if:
- The return request exceeds 7 days from the receipt date.
- The product has been used, tampered with, or altered.
- The damage is due to misuse (e.g., by third-party laundry services).
- The product is returned without its original packaging and tags.
- The returned products differ from what was shipped.
For any refund, return, or exchange to be processed, the product must be received in its original state.
